I own a ST70 from -81. I'm about to change the fuelhose and want to know what the correct (original)measures?

A god choice would be the air cooled VW fuel hose, it's 5.5mm, braided rubber, and rarely needs a hose clamp.

Where is a good source for the air cooled VW Fuel Line?

You can get it on ebay for about $5 a foot (they call it just 5mm). If there's an air cooled vw shop in your area, it will be less.
