Fuel issue

Hey again, bike has me puzzled, I’m guessing it’s a vacuum issue but hoping I can find some advice. Bike starts first kick an runs great until it warms (empty’s carb) up then cuts out unless I turn the choke on which it then runs great again. New gas cap, carb completely gone thru an rebuilt, new manifold seals, carb cap an throttle cable seal are new. I am puzzled why it’s not getting fuel.

Does fuel flow past the fuel filter freely? Float stuck closed? My other guess is that the main jet is too small or clogged. Maybe the small holes in the emulsion tube are clogged.

If it runs better with the use of a little choke, its definitely a fuel problem, as you already know.

I am staring to think the float valve is plugged or floated retainer pin is binding up. I adjusted float to 20mm might have to double check it.
