Welcome aboard!

Frames are easy enough to find, across the lower 48 states. That demountable front end is specific to the early "type I" and "type II General Export" models of ST70 Dax. The US market got the CT70 only. The pre-1980 frames are all the same - CT70, ST70, ST50 - so the front ends will interchange. However, the demountable Dax front end went out-of-production circa 1970 and is relatively rare, even in the eastern hemisphere. In North America, they are much rarer...limited to the few that were imported, mostly by US military personnel, as personal belongings...45 years ago. The rest of the parts needed: fender mount, fender, cabling & wiring are rarer still. Those you may have to improvise.

With time & patience, you might be able to source this stuff, used, from ebay. They do pop up, from time to time. Or, you might be able to find low-cost knockoff versions from Web!ke.
