HKO should have a clip for clutch cable at carb to manifold bolt ?

I believe yes but that photo is tough to find with any detail. Usually missing in photos but I have seen a few with a clippy looking deal at the carb bolt. I asked DRATV to toss one in with my current order if they have one. Didn't see one on their site....

Yes it is still available from Honda. use an OEM parts checker to find the PN: It holds the clutch cable.
