K1 Z50 Silver assembly

My next project, and I'm missing a few things. If I can collect all the correct parts I'll be fine w/ that. Otherwise I'm going with what is on hand. 064.jpg063.jpg
It's a titled and plated silver tag that is solid but missing a couple things. The washers that hold the fork springs in place and the TL/ plate bracket mount is broke off. Does anyone have these or know where I can get them?
Right now it's a Heinz 57 kind of an assembly:wacko: Ya, a little goofy for the purist but here's what I've got;
KO Z engine w/ what I think is an SL70 top end
KO hubs & wheels
K1 HL & TL
K2 gas tank
KO CT handle bars (I like em taller)
K1 or K2 electrical (haven't decided) May just throw on a cdi with a little case alteration.
If I can't find the spring retainer washers I'll be looking for a newer blue triple. If i cant come up w/ the right ST TL mount I'll be cutting a K2 piece off a beat up frame. Not correct but a heck of a lot tougher than the original. A blue K1 gas tank would be nice :fishing:
What do you think guys? The Silver Tag is quite unique with the "KO like" triple tree and flat tank pins.
Any help is appreciated. I've got a lot of good CT and Z parts if anyone is looking for possible trades.

I got a little done on the Z today. With my brother, we decided it was a good idea to stay with the ST style TL mount. He started off with a 2" piece of square tubing w/ a piece welded to the front and gave it to me to complete the fab work/ shaping. I found the piece that came w/ the frame and it just wasn't heavy enough. I'm not sure where it came from but it looks like one on jrures ebay store. Wow, that thing is nowhere near strong enough, let alone get it to stick to the frame. The fabbed one should be very strong.
Mocked up and ready to be welded :)

Got a big week coming up. PC stuff is headed to Ayers gar. and hardware to the plater. Strung everything on wire to keep it all together. Less of a chance on loosing stuff in the barrel thaths used for small parts. This way they get hung with large parts and come out as sweet as candy. Just one thing though, does anyone have a 28 mm bolt with a 14mm head for my sprocket?

Sweet, like seeing a newborn foal at sunrise. I'm getting excited. It'll be the only red one in the stable. Others are Sapphire, Riviera, and Blue/ green.
I better get on the tank this Sat.

Ayers does a great job on z's too. I painted the tank H of K candy apple red. Not quite the same look but the color is very close.
Fork assembly is next and I'm wondering what grease you guys use. I've used bearing grease but it sure is heavy. I'm thinking white lithium:39:
