Lifan 110cc 3v

hey guys. i was originally going to do a put a 88cc bb kit on my k0 but came up on a lifan 110cc 3v manual. came with motor, intake, 12v rectifier, 12v starter switch, and cdi. never converted over to 12v so i dont know what to expect yet. i have a list of stuff that i know ill need, please feel free to to add or give me some tips.

12v battery
k3+ harness (want to run turn signals)
k3+ ignition switch
dratv subharness for cdi
dratv rectifier pigtail
mikuni tm24
12v bulbs
kill switch

how come you guys are using such big carbs? (mikuni 24 and 35mm)

I read on the lifan 110cc specs that its a sheng way 19mm carb....

How big is the intake manifold?

bigger carb doesnt always mean more power

Anything from that 19mm to 22mm will be fine for that motor. If it was a 125 I'd say 22mm to 24mm. I've got a Lifan 150 with a 26mm on it. Pay no mind to that 35mm remark, that guys probably just kidding you. If you have a 19 or 20mm sheng wey, that will be fine.
