Photos are often deceiving but it looks like a real nice bike, and I think the blue green looks great. Given recent values, thats a reasonable asking price for a nice original complete running example. Keep your bid out there for shipping on uship. As transporters near their pick up and delivery dates you'll receive additional quotes that are considerably lower....ya never know.

Yeah no kidding! I have already rec'd three bids all in the $300-400 range... crazy

I am going to ask for real up close pics.

I meant to put this one out there-

1971 Honda ct70h

This one is has more detailed pics and doesnt look AS clean as the first one- although I cant tell without pics. I think I am going to try and offer $1000 on this one after I see how many miles and more pics. Already from these pics I can see the headlight bucket is chipped...

That looks like a K0 with an 4spd motor. Do your homework before dropping four figures.

How can you tell a KO from a HKO? besides the vin number?

and there are two different bikes here are we talking ventura or orange country...

the stickers and colors were different on the k0's

for example:
k0s came in sapphire blue, red, and gold (i think)
k0h's came in orange, emerald green, blue green….

there's colors i didn't include.

the k0h decal looks like this IMG_3271 1.jpg

the k0 decals look like this

on the k1's, the h models came in Ruby red, and candy yellow special (like my bike, which is ugly).

the frame decals are different again. on the k1's the sticker has a blue background and yellow lettering. the k1h decal had red blocky lettering saying 'trail 70' and looks like this. throttle.jpg one of my buddies called it the '7 u' because one of my 0's is missing the top…

otherwise, the VIN tells the story. look for the CT70H- whatever on the frame to make sure. that's an expensive letter… and to think on wheel of fortune you only have to buy vowels. it should be present on the motor too, and for serious cake, numbers should also match.

there's other nuances. some people here know. they'll chime in i'm sure.

Got one! 2700 miles. Runs. Needs a new rear sprocket and chain as this one is worn I think. Got it for a $G with delivery. More pics to come once I get it cleaned up!!

Excellent, you've been on the hunt as of late. Looks real nice.....Blue Green? The paint looks fresh.

Paint is fine for its age; blue green. Has some chips scuffs. About what you would expect. Yeah this one just kind of fell in my lap. New rear sprocket and should be good to roll. Prob do a carb clean etc. Oh and seat cover. I believe this one is original and kind of beat to hell. But got up to 38 on a short straight away so im sure itll get to that 40-43 mark given enoigh pavement. So this is def next for the vermont process.
