The more I ponder over this the more I think it is the carbs. How can I tell if I am getting gas to the spark plugs hole from the carb? I took the plug out and smelled it and it didn't smell that much like gas at all really. It was a little wet but that's probably because I flooded it trying so many times tinkering with carb settings. Started at 7/8 Of a turn and then just kept adjusting 1\8 of s turn each time. I can get it to rumble for a second and then not sometimes. Gas is in the carb bowl so I know it is at least getting that far. But I am thinking it is possible a jet is clogged? I mean it ran so well this morning... I was blasting up and down the street at 50 or so and still had a tad bit more left I think. My street is not very straight lol. Maybe something has jarred a little loose in the carb and got sucked up into the carb. The bike did apparently sit for an extended time before I bought it. I'm sure I will get it. But this is going to bug me all vacation long as well leave Monday morning and I am not sure I'll be able to get into the carbs until after I get back. I'm sure my wife will be like this on vacation:.
