- Here's what I did... cut the front springs about 1.75in at the open end of the springs - reinstalled and it set the drop down accordingly. It may have an effect on the rebound action - but I'll keep the riding off curbs to a minimum. As for the rear - I installed the 285? mm shocks instead of the 330mm original length... so we will see.
Anyone have any experience doing this? - it's already done on my end - but have no riding time on it yet - not really afraid of a bad result since it can be corrected...but would like to know just in case...

I have some pics of the basic "theme" of the bike on the original posting on this bike - but haven't taken any of the new stance - was waiting ( like a kid at Christmas!) for FedEx to show up with some boxes from Beatrice Cycle and CHP... got em' yesterday along with some stuff from the plating shop- I'll post some more as we finish this thing out...

having the piping redone on the seat - will have it today - and the headlight bucket , pedal, seat bracket, front fender bracket and gas tank hold down all got media blasted and painted Monday. I'll post more when she's completed - there's a little bike show here on Saturday - gonna crash it with the only CT's there!
