A different carburetor will not make more power all by itself. You would spend a lot of money buying and testing to find correct jets for a ''bigger carb'' and still not be happy with the results. Not many carbs have the exact jetting you would need out of the box. Try one step bigger main jet if you think it can make more power with a bigger carb.
My bet it wont be noticeable. Bigger displacement 88cc/cam profile ''rejetted'' stock carb will make more power with the carb you have and may need a step up on the main jet.
So in a nutshell you need a 88cc kit and a cam like the SL70 has or dratv's mini monster cam. Then you can use a slightly bigger intake/carb air filter, free flow exhaust more effectively. Everything works together. The combo I suggest will get you to around 52 mph. Honda balanced this bike for what it is.
