New motor missing at low rpm.

Brand new lifan 140 motor. when you hold the throttle just a little past idle, it will randomly "puff". Like, a rush of air will come out of the carb and it will sputter and die. I have not clue what this is. I'll try to put up a video a little bit later

Which carb do you have?and what jets?it could be the jetting and or air/fuel adjustment.i would start at 1 1/2 turns out from lightly seated and adjust the idle till it's as low as you can get it to run.the turn slowly in either direction till the highest idle is acheaved and go a 1/4 turn in clockwise from there.then road test.
