ready 2 go... one last thing.

hey guys i honed the cylinder block at home and came out really well (perfect) using a cylinder honing tool that exands in the cylinder. better than a shop would hahahaa. pretty overpriced they wanted to charge me between 60 and 80 dollars. so basically everything is cleaned and ready to go and bolt on EXCEPT ONE THING. the piston and rings im gonna buy, but i need to know the exact milimeter sizing of the piston and rings. from looking at it im thinkin a 47mm but im not entirely sure i will post pics later.its a ct70hk1 so ya thats pretty much it if anyone has links it would help.thanks allot. btw does anyone know the clearance for the valves/rockers so i can adjust them?

For the 90 cc motors it is .02 stone cold on the engine temperature but the shop manual will have the numbers for a 70 cc motor - probably the same. I tend to adjust a little wider than that so that I am less likely to burn a valve although this makes my engine very slightly noisier.

And you should use the Dr ATV slanted feeler gauge when measuring because you will get a better measurement while tightening the nut.
