Steering stem nut size

I am going to be replacing my rusty steering stem nut. What size socket do I need? The parts catalog doesn't specify but it looks like about 30mm. Biggest metric socket I currently have is 24mm.

Unfortunately I don't have a 1⅛" socket either. So I'll just buy a 29mm.

The new steering stem nut is part of $550 worth of new parts that I just ordered. Most of these parts were still functional but had some corrosion. Some I replaced just because they were really old, like the tires and brake shoes. The rear bearings needed to be replaced so I am doing the fronts also. The parts were in three separate orders, depending on where I could find what I was looking for; CHP, Trail Buddy, and Beatrice Cycle. After I get all of this installed I have more stuff I want to do. I have already replaced the carb, throttle assembly, grips, seat, hi-beam switch, and exhaust shield.
