I'll be glad when that hormonal bull$h!t wears off, believe me. Got a second roommate the other day, plus I sold a shotgun, so we've been livin' high on the hog with excellent meals, LOL. Had some delicious roast beef with brown gravy last night, some Beaver brand creamy deli style horseradish sauce on the side, a big ol' mountain of homemade mashed potatoes with butter, a little salt & pepper, and some more brown gravy (used milk & a dollop of sour cream when whippin' the taters), and some primo "steamer" veggies with cheese sauce & seasonings. The whole meal was awesome, three dudes sitting around the dining room table MACKING gourmet food while watching the original "GUNFIGHT AT THE O.K. CORRAL" (Burt Lancaster as Wyatt Earp, Kirk Douglas as Doc Holliday). I used the NuWave Infrared Oven to cook the roast beef, that machine is handy, quite versatile for cooking purposes, and it does roasts beautifully, brown on the outside and rare-to-medium-rare on the inside. I peeled & boiled the taters as usual, while the steamer veggies are self-explanatory, would've made a burly salad but we had salad the night before with some excellent chicken (Shake & Bake number) done in the same oven, that $h!t was good too, LOL. Anyway, my new roommate is a culinary wizard as well, so he'll be cooking dinner tonight, looks like we all won't be starving anytime soon, 10-4? Kittehs get table scraps if they want 'em, they're usually too busy drinking my beer and burning that chronic to accept the first offer, LOL. Got two good prospects for renting that RV space on my second driveway... I never use that driveway, so why NOT rent it out, aye?
