Roommate & I took a little spin out on Rim Road 300 yesterday, stopped in a couple locations to par-tay, crank the tunes, and enjoy the mountain sunshine while walking around sussing the scenery and searching for wildlife tracks. Check out the size of the turkey tracks we found right by the car!!! They look like dinosaur tracks, freakin' Godzilla, LOL... everything grows BIGGER here in the White Mountains, 10-4??? And the wild horses are cool, we saw elk and deer before rolling up on this small herd o' horses, I stopped too early to take the pics, should've rolled a bit closer to snap the photos. Some of those horses might be "strays" turned loose by people who then moved away... that black stallion came roaring outta the woods to protect the herd, he showed up alright in the pics, though I wish I had been a bit closer. Got several rounds of photos to post, enjoy the scenery!!! OLD CT, the Rim Road shots are for you, youse knucklehaid!!!
