Welded baffle exhaust

OK so on my redcat clone the baffle in the exhaust is welded in place. You can see the weld on the outside of the exhaust. Is it possible to cit this weld an pull out the baffle? Is there any advantage to running with out the baffle?

I think you are best off leaving the stock clone type exhaust alone and getting something else if you want a free flowing exhaust.

what are the disadvantages of the stock clone exhaust with baffle removed?

The exhaust inlet and outlets are still small openings and knocking out the baffles wont improve flow any if the entry and exit is still small. It may actually hurt performance with exhaust turbulance swirling around in the pipe with no efficient way to exit.
