Hey guys, I pulled and stripped my carb down this evening to soak it over night in carb cleaner, and I could find and trace and figure out all the little holes and ports and such EXCEPT ONE! The tiny'est little hole ever! Ill try and explain it without a pic.
Looking down on the carb from above if you remove the throttle slide from the carb, you can see where the slide needle enters the bottom of the carb and goes into the float bowl, now right beside were the throttle slide needle enters the bottom of the carb there is a TINY hole!
As far as i know this is the only little hole like this on the carb. (asides from the jets of course) I would like to know what this does, and how to clean it out? I cant get my compressed air nossle down the throttle slide hole to blow it out.

Can anybody help me out?
O yea, '71 CT70 3 speed auto. -does this make my bike a CT70KO ?

Take the red tube from a can of Brake Kleen solvent and spray solvent through that hole. That is how I clean it and I think it is an idle air source but I could be wrong here.
