What to do ??

I recently saved a CT70 from a ride to the scrap yard, the front forkes had been striped and it layed out behind a freinds garage.
I though it would be a neat litte bike to restore, but have sence found that it has a motor from a 90cc and some other things that are not up to par. Ive been all over the web looking at bikes and parts and get more confused as I go. Will the CT70 harness work with this motor or do I have to make a bunch of changes?

The 90cc motor might be a blessing. You need to figure out what bike it came from. CT90, S90 and ST90 engines have different mounts and won't go into a CT70 frame without modification. A cub 90 engine is a direct bolt-in and highly sought after. They're also rare in this country. A few pix would help get the ball rolling.

Here she is

The motor was bolted when I got the bike, it did not looked like there had been any cob work done or and in's. Is there any kind of markings that I can look for or numbers to tell me what I am dealing with ??

The should be a serial number below the countershaft. It's a start. Just the fact that the motor uses the CT70 mounts is a good sign. It may actually be a Z50 or CT70 motor, both use the same cases, with a bore-up kit.
