I'm interested in buying a CT70. Needs to have clear title so it can be registered and used as a commuter. Oregon, Washington, NorCal.

Search Ebay, Craigslist, Local Classifieds, and Cycle Trader several times a day. Good deals don't last long. Act fast if good one becomes available in your area. I struggled for several months to find my first one and now I have FIVE. Good Luck!

search tempest and if you have a smart phone you can download a craigslist app that will email you when a ct70 pops up, after you set it up

ps. I live in Washington... My CT didn't have a title either, just a bill of sale. Couldn't have been easier to get it registered with a license plate & tabs. State Patrol runs your VIN, and if it comes up clean you just go to the DOL and leave with everything you need.
