Yahoo mail server down again?

My yahoo mail server has been down since yesterday. Thats not good at all....When I try and log in it reads" Connection refused":13:

Thanks. Its ok now. Turns out all my bookmarks needed to be reset. I clicked on a pdf file that was supposed to be a technical document and then had it try and put a F'n virus on my hard drive. I did a F8 restore to the computer to a later date back in time. It's fine now. Gotta remember that some pdf files can contain mal software.
