Thought I'd start this thread when I saw this bike. It's a REAL POS(Piece of Suffering).

This bike reminds me of a '93 I stripped years ago that some trash haulers had gotten a hold of. Similar condition, even the fire history.lol
Looks like someone tried valiantly to hammer and chisel the top valve cap off. You can even see the seal, among other things. Some people just don't care. I do see some usable parts though, maybe even the forks. This is a good resto/mod or Mad Max candidate,IMO.

These bikes are pretty bad. There is actually some good parts here. I see a couple frames that have potential and a set of K1-later forks.

I would pay a $100bill for it, but the exposed flywheel makes me cringe the most. My HK1 is tapping me of moolah right now too. I wonder if that beercan exhaust burns your knee.lol

I almost listed this bike under "He has to be kidding", but thought it fit better here. "DOES NOT RUN". After looking at the pics, "No $h!tt Sherlock!!!". Just my opinion but......I might consider going to get this for $50 AND if the front forks weren't bent all to hell. There has got to be a lot of rust. I do see a few parts though.

1972 Honda CT70H Trail 70 This bike (DOES NOT RUN) would be great for a Restorer or parts, been sitting a long time, The Bad,forks are bent,the motor is locked, Tires are bad,the wheels are rusty and do not roll, engine has been exposed to the elements, the cylinder (jug), and head, camshaft, exhaust pipe, tail light, are missing!!!! THE GOOD, Frame Looks Great,it has the Speedometer, Headlight, Chrome Front& Rear Fenders, Engine Guard, Ignition switch With Key that Works, Maybe useable seat base (cover& foam are bad), Has the plastic fuel tank(no cap), battery and holder unit, Air filter assy, And remember This is the Model that has a Manuel Clutch......There are some bad parts... BUT there's a LOT of GOOD Parts Also......For Sale ONLY $180 .....CASH ONLY....CALL ONLY....

looks like it has decent fork tins, a not majorly damaged frame, and maybe a couple other usable parts. a $50 piece for sure… more than that is just a gamble. looks like it was stored on the beach.

FYI from a seller perspective, i once listed an old steel cr500 frame/ suspension/wheels as a 'rolling chassis' and included a picture of it with no engine installed. you'd never believe the number of calls and texts i got saying 'does it run'… Really? i thought we knew what a rolling chassis was in the used motorcycle buyer's market…. guess not. he probably just said it to keep ignorant buyers out of his hair.

Here's a wrecked K0. Started to laugh, but then realized someone may have gotten hurt pretty badly. Looks like it happened a long, long time ago. From the looks of it, I think the motor mounts are bent upwards. I see a few good parts.

That has all the signs of someone jumping the bike motocross style. The forks are bent forward and rear shock is snapped. Looks like the fly wheel is still good though. lol
