Pretty sure I have an exhaust heat shield. Maybe a headlight bucket. Will check and post some pics later this afternoon.

Not many 1980 models were sold. Fortunately, the 1980s models were all pretty much the same (except for decals and the engine beginning with 1982)...unfortunately, they sold so poorly that Honda stopped marketing them in the US after 1982 and in Canada after 1986.

Best places to search for parts are Dratv and CMSNL. The `doc has a good variety of parts that can be used with little or no modification. I believe that the carb is still available in more than on version. Frankly, I'd mothball the original carb and just buy a repop K0 type...far more user-friendly. Take a good look through their electrical parts listings. I've seen a switchgear unit, as you're seeking, that might be close to plug & play (if not truly that) only the finish is silver aluminum. Headlamp reflector assemblies that fit this model are easy enough to source; again, dratv sells these in multiple flavors. As for the plastic chainguard...good luck. Maybe one will pop up on ebay. You can substitute a K0-79 version, those are painted steel. They're also widely available, new.

Here's a few pics for you to smoke over. The heat shield is solid but has several bumps and bruises ($10). I also found a right engine kill switch, in black, that is very close to what I think is used on a 80-82. I'll also include a brake lever and throttle tube, if needed. ($65)

No pic, but I have a headlight bucket that looks decent from the outside, but pitted bad on the inside and has a couple of pin holes. I don't want or need it and will throw it in for free if you get any of the other stuff.

All prices plus shipping.

If you're interested, drop me a PM with your zip and check on shipping costs.

I must be suffering from brain fog or I had kill switches on the brain. I just just caught that you need a turn signal switch assembly, not an engine kill switch. Will check Monday to see if I have one that will work on an 80-82.

It wont take much to straighten that bike out. I know I have that rare plastic chain guard somewhere, I paid a lot of $ for it too.

I have this one, possibly another...: It has one hairline crack at the hole pictured. The plastic is surprisingly flexible not dried. It has some minor scuffing on the front, pant leg height. I'm not sure what to ask, could maybe shoot me an offer for this in good shape, if interested. :)

Give you a fair price? Good idea but i don't know what a fair price is. I'll put it on eBay and we'll see the market price that's how i usually find out.
Thank you.
