Happy Turkey Day my friends. I am thankful for all of you.

Haha, that meme with Jammin' Jimi is hilarious!!! Y'all have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! I'm enjoying mine, everything is in the oven and I'm enjoying a cold beer as I watch football with the cats... in a few moments, I take a nice hot shower, been busy prepping the bird and tater pot so I haven't had one yet. Later, the par-tay continues... BTW, here's a shot of my breakfast, WOOHOO!!!



Here's a shot of a mixing bowl I use to put together stuffing before it goes into the bird... I also cook a separate pan of stuffing with the heart & liver diced into it, it doesn't suck, LOL.



I actually named that bowl, I call it "The Man" because it gets the job done, LOL.

Tender, moist & delicious, I already had a plate of leftovers for breakfast while watching the Longhorns game, LOL. No plans to go anywhere today, not in this cold, wet & windy slop... perfect weather for watching football, drinking beer & playing pool. Some hand from work may stop by this afternoon to play pool, but no worries, the flatscreen is up and running in the Pool Room, so we can shoot stick and not miss any football, LOL. Cheers!!!

Beat me in pool? On MY table? Good luck with that, LOL... I'm binge watching college football, catching up after missing so many games this season. Same for the NFL, I'll be watching those fooliots manana after checking out the 'Cowboy Mounted Shooting Competition' in Tombstone and picking up a few home rehab items at the Home Depot in Sierra Vista. Gotta grab some oversized sesame hamburger buns at WallyWorld for making turkey sandwiches this week, gonna mack turkey all week at work, LOL. That's why I bought a 20-lb. bird, I LIKE my custom turkey sandwiches, LOL. Big ol' bun or bakery roll, mayo, turkey, cheese, stuffing, cranberry jelly, a dab of sweet hot mustard... hell, yeah, I'm gonna MACK this week, WOOHOO!!! Each sandwich could feed an Ethiopian village for at least a month... and a Somalian village for TWO months, LOL.

Finally the folks & peeps just left yesterday! .I have my house back... Good time but now my Holiday Starts!

I Served the turkey this year with my own special recipe.

None of that Golden Brown Turkey; I like my Turkey Bird extremely Rare !!! Mmmm, that's the secret to a Turkey that's never dry and plenty juicy.

Now that's what I call a rare turkey, LOL...

Holiday weekend almost over, just having a few beers while watching the game tonight... work comes early manana, so I can't stay up too late, but I enjoyed catching up with all the football, nice to have games on the big screen during time off.

As an alternative to the football game...You can always watch the Las Vegas Golden Knights Hockey game today at 4pm! THey play the New York Rangers at NY (and I hope Vegas has their starting goalie).
I had to pay extra for NHL Center Ice channel. I'm glad i got it when i did, they are charging new viewers more money now, what a shady bizzness. But Its pretty good coverage in HD. and they are aloud to fist fight!

I will be having some New York City Sour Diesel by Polaris Aka: NYC Diesel. Highly recommend

San Diego used to have a hockey team... the Gulls, I think, I went to a couple games when I was younger and they were fun to watch. Dunno if Dago still has a team, and I no longer live there anyway... I always respected the game of hockey, I went ice skating when I was a younger man and it isn't that easy, LOL. Goldurned ice is hard as concrete when ya fall, and as a former vertical skateboarder I never liked anything strapped to my feet... had to be able to bail, don'tcha know? LOL. But ice skating taught me to appreciate all those hockey moves, as well as the figure skating me dear beloved mum used to watch... I guess Peggy Fleming was her all-time favorite skater, but some of those modern skaters do tricks or maneuvers which are technically difficult. I mean Difficult with a capital D, I was lucky to make it around the arena without falling on my @$$... wouldn't wanna try it now, I'm too old and it's too dangerous, LOL. Cracking my skull back in the day while riding some pool with gnarly vertical, well, that was different... we were young & full o' beans in those days, 10-4?
