Hey everyone I recently bought a new vin plate for my K1 and was very impressed with the quality. Iv included a pic of the plate and the link where I purchased it from. Before I even paid they send me a picture of the plate laying on and envelope addressed and stamped to my house. It took about 3 emails that included a pic of my old plate manufacturer date and vin. Anyways I would highly recommend this company.

I’m proud to help the community, the date code is “flush” but the serial number is raised stamping if that makes since lol

$30 seems like a sound investment for that grade of quality. How much was shipping? Did it really come from Switzerland?

I've ordered from this vendor. Very good product, prompt service...do understand, going in, it's clearly distinguishable from vintage original. Some folks prefer an original VIN, complete with battle scars. Delivered cost was closer to $65 which isn't a pricey as it might seem. A trophy shop will charge at least $35 for the VIN engraving alone...you supply the tag & transportation, then wait a week.

Did you see the pic of his tag tho Bob?? It does look very close to a vintage original to me. Much better than the laser scribed ones that they used to sell.

It was $44 dollars shipped and was shipped via Swiss priority mail. The tag is $30 and if you want the vin stamped it’s an extra $14. Shipping was included in the price.
