Just wondering if there's any ideas out there on keeping the frame tag intact while sandblasting and painting?

Nope, I'm not looking for one. Just found that one in my pile of stuff and was hoping it was oem. I have this fuel tap as well, it doesn't look like any others I have. Any idea on what it's off?

Have not yet tried to mount it up yet. So the tail edge should have a bit of a flip up? this pic should show the back better

I see most of these bikes have a green battery with a black top. But I've also seen some with a red top, anyone know which the proper one?

Okay, those are odd! still kinda new to the z50 thing, but they don't appear to be from the period. I'd be all over the one in LA if I was local.

I noticed on a couple bikes what looks like runs in the paint on the headlight housing. Starting to think its actually bumps in the metal?

I see some K1's with a seam on the back of the seat, and some without. Which is the correct seat? Thanks, Jeff
