I have a 1965 C100 I pulled out of a family members barn where it had sat for 35 years. Cleaned rust from tank, replaced piston and rings honed cylinder 90 pounds of compression now. New points plug set timing to the F mark on flywheel (35degrees advance as book said) cleaned and overhauled carb. New battery. I cannot get it to start not even a sputter, I checked spark by removing plug even sprayed a tiny amount of sstarting fluid into cylinder. I have a new coil with high tension lead but it is different then the original coil as it has a black wire and white with green wire the original only has a black not sure what to do with white w/ green maybe just a ground?? Also tried to get a new condenser but it only comes with the whole stator assembly Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is the first motorcycle I rode on about 50 years ago Thanks

90psi is so low that, if the reading is anywhere near correct, it's virtually guaranteed no-start.

Did you do a valve job? There's a good chance that one valve was open for all those years. That'd result in a rusted valve & seat that won't seal.

I lapped the valves in and adjusted to spec my Honda shop manual said 60 psi min 100 psi new so I thought 90 was good also had a machine shop do vacuum test on valves and said seal was great what should compression be thanks for your help
