It has a expensive aftermarket exhaust but I'm almost certain you can buy a showroom Grom for $3100. It's still a nice lookin bike tho.

True, Adam...but...a showroom-new specimen, with a warranty, wouldn't have the careful break-in & maintenance history of a used bike with a young owner.
