Brake cables - which side runs where

Pretty basic question but it is really bugging me, which brake lever is for which brake cable? I have a K1 semi automatic I am building and am having trouble discerning if the front brake cable affixes to the throttle side of the handlebar or the non throttle side?

Front brake is always on the RH/throttle side...with all bikes.

Thanks, that makes sense wouldn't want to endo inadvertently grabbing the wrong lever and its easiest to grab the non throttle side.
