Thanks Kirrbby, when I bought it from you I told you I would do it up right or to at least to the best of my ability.. if I have to paint it and strip it down 10 times to get it right that’s what I’ll do!!! ( god I hope not) LOL. The vintage bike show I go to every year is featuring Japanese bikes this year so it’s on my list of lilhondas to bring..the show is April 20th so that should be plenty of time to get it painted and all put together and running. I think it's pretty awesome that this bike is getting a new life. I think YOU know the story, but...
I'm pretty sure I bought the lower end first. The seller listed it on eBay for a good price and I snatched it up. Days later, he listed the matching frame...for a high price. I felt a obligation (and opportunity) to buy the frame, in order to keep the matching numbers...engine and frame, together. So I bought the frame too. I was happy when you bought the set. I made a few bucks, the parts live on together, and you got a worthy project. ALL good!
