Carb plate? What's it called and where to buy?

What do you call the plate or spacer that turns the carb a few degrees? You can see the black plate in the pic below, just to the left of the carb. That plate turned the carb out just a little so that I could fit a filter. Where can I get one like that, or something that will accomplish the same thing?

And, most vendors, globally, use the term "turning plate"...in case anyone needs to source one outside the US.

One caveat, this will raise the carburetor's installed height, so check topside clearance. Dunno about this model bike. With Z50s, it usually matters, CT70s are hit/miss. Carburetor height varies greatly, among aftermarket carbs. As you go larger, height increases significantly.

It's also possible, and relatively straightforward, to cut & weld an intake to get the exact clocking you want. Most welding shops will handle the TIG chores for around $35...fwiw.
