Ct70h speedometer ....what year are these from?

Looking to see what year these are. They seem slightly different....so thinking they may be different years.

1970 or '71 The only difference I see is one has a faded red high beam indicator

They're both HK0. Only differences are condition issues. They're both UV-faded, the higher-mileage unit is further down that path. The gear-range lines on K0/HK0 speedos are highly susceptible to UV damage; they were originally dull-red. From there, they quickly fade to yellow, then white. Aside from the occasional NOS unit, you'll rarely find one that's less than 50% bleached.

The speedo pictured looks to be a K1...91-94 had more of a rectangular-shaped speedo, while KOs were triangular.

That's an HK1, zero doubt.

Any K1/HK1-`79 round speedo will physically interchange and work properly. HK1 is the only one with 4 gear range lines. The later the model, the rarer.
