Finished up the current project today. Started with a $100 roller on 11/17 and wrapped it up today, 12/14. Bike is a mess of parts: K1 frame, K0 front end, Lifan 125, eBay, Amazon, TBParts, Mikes, Bart Moto, SoCal Mini, Trail Buddy……I used about everyone. I still need to clean up the cable routing around the handlebars, but it’s a blast to ride. From burning off 4 layers of paint, to rattle canning a $40 paint job, it’s made quite the transformation. Final video on the channel in a few days.

Mike,
That one came out pretty good man congrats on a a great little bike. There are so many bikes out there look like this one did when you started I wish more people would start just building these bikes without worrying about every bolt being correct. You can build a great looking fun bike that will be very enjoyable without the crazy prices of an all original. Both of my last two builds were junkers that know one was ever going to restore to original. I would not trade either one for an original. Again great Job.

Thanks Carlo. My total investment (including cost of bike) was just shy of $1600. I’m VERY happy with how it turned out. This bike will be given away to a subscriber, when we hit 10K subscribers on YT.
