headlight ears????

whats the fix for headlight ears that have rusted away if there is one.does anyone know of replacement that could be welded on,thanks

I would probably just cut off what's left, grind smooth any pieces sticking up, sand everything, maybe a polish job, install some aftermarket bolt on clamps, have a beer.
