how do i get the vaulve seats out

do i have to by a spec. tool or something and then what is the best way to get the vaulves back in. if some could help me i know alot about engines i just dont want to mess up the head :help:

The valve seats are cut directly into the head. There's a hard steel piece integrally cast into the aluminum. As for valve installation/removal, you need a spring compressor, as with any other 4-cycle engine.

mabey just consider getting a new head , theres a few aftermarket that work great with old honda
