Is this 76' CT70 a FrankenBike? Looks like it to me because of the front end. No blinker mounts on the ears & shocks look like a K1 set. I thought after K3 they all blinked.:38:

I don't have too much familiarity with the 76' on account of they are so few aka: scarce in numbers.

The good news is; no reserve and it's under $200.oo right now.

That's a complete K1 front end. The seat is a repop, the exhaust Chinese knockoff and the "rear hand brake" is not installed because whoever attempted this retrofit didn't know what he was doing. The rear brake cable stay vanished in `73.

Might be a nice rider. However, that unneeded LH lever perch has got to go and there's no good solution, short of replacing the bars. When/if the K3-`79 repop HL ears hit the market, they won't do much good for the owner of this bike...the unobtainium`K2-`79 trim rings are needed to use them.

IDK, maybe a decent $1000-$1500 bike. By all indications, a lot of corners were cut.

Upon closer inspection; looks like the cyl jug has been redone, L handlebar has a bend dimple at the base. Uhh, that amber blinker indicator prob came from Radio-Shack :38:and also, Charlie Brown picked the tomato soup hue paint that's supposed to be Tahitan red.

I would have to put the price at $850-900, it's just so pieced together...
