Today at the farm supply store they had
a Chinese mini jeep packing horizontal Honda clone power!

Anybody seen them in person?

The sequential shifter on the floor was sweet, even had the z50J repop speedo in the dash.

Being a...cheap sob, I'd hope to find a couple with the...broke down discount.
My grandsons would love that thing.

I stopped and took a look at one in person today, it's interesting, to say the least. Looks to possibly be a big valve Lifan engine, it has the two-bolt tappet covers. The carb is facing towards the front, with a cheapo cone-shaped paper air filter that will probably get drenched after hitting a puddle on a trail.

The C90 adventures guy did a 6 part series. Watched most of the first one, seems like my kind of chap.

Sad that they are only 3 speeds.

190 anima would for sure be the ticket!

It has reverse..? I think the reverse is in the engine...so a motor swap might not be ideal.
I think I've seen motors on eBay that have reverse.

It has reverse.
In the YouTube series above he swaps a e-start Daytona 190 into it. Then mounts the hand clutch low and uses it as a foot clutch. Didn’t work great. But it looked easy enough to pick it up by the roll bar for reverse.

I bought one for the grand kids. It's way under powered with a 200lb adult. It could defiantly use a gearing change to give it more bottom end power

My neighbor bought one 2 years ago, it lasted about 2 months, it has been sitting in his back yard for 2 years, I see it has disappeared now, he probably gave it away. Just buy the real thing for the same price. 😄
