Looks like it was run at low-speed, maybe idling, for quite a while, then taken up to speed. If the plug looks like this after moderate-to-high-speed cruising, you're really close...maybe as good as it gets. I'd still keep going richer until the point of misfire is reached, just to "bracket" the upper limit. Easier than it sounds, just dropping the jet needle clip to the lowest groove should do it.

Mine looks the same. Couldn't get it to clean it's self until I ran it 3 miles around the country block. That light gray is perfect but I'd like to see a bit more tan. When I lower the clip I mess with my idle. I'm having trouble leaning my low rpm. I've got a 30 jet and air screw is 2 1/2 - 3 turns out.

Looks like your low/mid is a bit rich, and like racerx said, the white on the elect edge is lean, I would go up on the main, and lean the needle and or idle circuit. ez50: is your idle mixture screw on the airclener side (airscrew) or engine side of the slide (fuel screw) Lowering the clip makes the mid richer, but I think you knew that. ! always run the richest main I can, and go as lean as I can one the mid and idle. you know you are lean on the mid and idle when you cant just flip off the choke right away on a cold engine. I like the main to be fat cuz it protects the engine WOT
