Just ordered the full Lifan 125 4up engine kit with the "Mikuni" 22mm carb. Per recommendations of this site and others it looks like Ill need a 17.5 pilot jet and a 95 or 100 main jet. Where can I get these? Ive tried googling and searching on ebay but not sure super sure what I am looking at. Any help and advice is great.

best and cheapest IMO is Niche Cycle in florida. They will send you the jets in an envelope, saving you lots of shipping costs. jets are lowest prices I've ever found.

yea, the $7.69 flat shipping from jets r us is a bit high, but If I need 5 or 6 jets and I can get the copies its a wash. The other place, if you can figure out a OEM Part Number is partzilla. you cant beat the $1.75 shipping. But their downside is about 2 to 3 days to ship due to them getting the parts from their sources. I have never had them not get a part though, and I order a lot of parts.

My lifan engine kits 22mm carb came with a 83 main. I went to a 95 or 98 to get some color on the plug. But my china carb took keihin jets

Jets r Us has lightning fast shipping. I have purchased from them several times over the years and have never been disappointed.

Partzilla does have the lowest OEM prices but, shipping and sourcing parts from other places slows delivery. My last order from them took nearly 3 weeks.

If it took kiehin jets
it's a keihin copy,The knockoff
mikuni knockoff's take mikuni style jets.
l'd even bet anyone that it will have a 15-95 combo which is way too lean for a 125.I use Niche also for my jet source.

Looks like a Keihin copy not Mikuni, says Japan and has the K on it even haha. Opened it up today and looks like the pilot jet is a 33 and the main is an 83...those are the numbers on them anyways. Also looks like I have the shorter throttle cable so Ill need to either shorten the outter cable or get the long version cable.

Try your local Suzuki dealer. A lot of suzuki's came with Mikuni carbs on them. My dealer was able to get aftermarket jets for a vm10 for a 50cc quad.

If it ain't broke. It soon will be!

You might be right, I was going to drill one to 110 and see if I can hit the upper bracket. Question does a 100 Keihin jet have the same size hole as a 100 Mikuni? I do know the 100 Keihin jet will have a hole exactly 1mm in size, and a 95 will be .95 for example

Yea,not really sure but i think the number system is different from keihin to mikuni.I would just buy the next step up till i hit rich misfire then back down one.I dont have tiny drill bits or the patience to drill em out.Niche usually will give you a REALLY cool sticker when you buy a jet too!lol.
