I think I can hook ya up with all that. I have a frame with a really ugly weld or two. I'll donate some backbone and you can give me the rest back. You want to use the z50 triple tree with the HL ears or you just want the ears alone to weld on to a different front end? I have headlights in all different sorts of condition. A real nice setup would be expensive. I'm sure I'll have something to suit ya. If you're in a hurry let me know, otherwise I'll get in touch with you next week.

I can take one of those K0 footpegs/kiskstand setups off your hands for the CT70 rider that I'm putting together. Besides as they say a fool wouldn't notice and a wise man wouldn't say anything. I'll PM you for details.
PS - K1 forks arrived a week or so ago and lok great and the taillight bracket will certainly do the trick

One more thing! Do you have a CT70 frame I could buy or borrow? I need to make some big-bore exhausts and don't have a jig.

Firepower This is the z50 donor. Will it work for your purposes? Also you can borrow a ct70 frame, will a bare frame work for you. This one is a rust bomb but with good motor mounts. Let me know, it's lookin like thursday or Friday might work for me.

A bare CT frame is perfect. I just need it to mount an engine and build pipes. I'm here most of the time.

Time is at a premium for me lately but I will get back with everyone, ASAP. Softails, the one with the tank is I think a 77. I forgot to check. $125 without tank or motor, add 40 for nice tank and 40 for the motor. The other bike is a gold K3 and I'm kinda partial to it. Was going to keep that one but I've already sold the tank. $175 as it sits. I have the matching LS case for it for another $25. I also have a repairable tank which is blue for $40.

These are both K2 z50 motors. I can't guarantee, how or if they run. I'm sure they would and for an extra grand I'll try them for you. Lol. $50 for either one and I have more K1 & K2's if you're lookin for a certain #. I will check these for spark and shift if someone's interested. I should have done that.

Good choice. I'll pack em up tomorrow and get you a shipping price. Parcel post is cheap but slow. I'll check priority too. Cashiers check, money order, even a personal check is good here. Paypal is OK too if you're more comfortable with it. Either way I'll pack it and ship it when you give me the go. I don't have to have payment in hand before I ship it.
If it works for you Paypal is the easiest for me.
I got to thinking & I may want your 77 softail also (not the K3 even though a K3 is what I have). I do not need the 77 motor--between what I have & #289373 from you I should have enough motor parts. So if you dropped the engine from the 77 & shipped me everything else--rolling frame, tank, exhaust, side cover, rear brake pedal, electrical, etc. we would be talking $165? Is the tank clean inside? If it is rusty inside I may not be interested in the tank. Thanks

Wrxer, This motor turns and shifts well. It will likely need a helicoil in one of the intake holes. A couple of the FP holes are missing the first couple threads but I think they're OK. Another member is after the 77 and I brought it home today to start teardown & quote prices. Didn't get it apart yet but spotted a missing side cover mount on the frame. The tank isn't as clean as I thought it was. Definite rust inside but seems solid. Should know if either softail is still available in a day or two. Shipping should be 40 lbs in a 12-13-22 box motor and cover, I'll check a price. -----------------Looks like about $33 post or $50 Priority. UPS is a little cheaper but I don't trust the raskals, especially with a motor.
