Oh happy holiday Picked up DPR stroker crank JX 2004 LT was told it's for a H , TB race head 22 & 25 valves not sure new or old (polished),TB 300 cam TB 365 piston & aTB219 (skirt has been cut for crank) , H flywheel , CFR kick starter shaft , 88cc barrel , high volume oil pump. I have access to a set of polished cases & ATC 70 gear set 4 speed . The de-lima is auto or manual , paint the barrel ,best piston ?

I have a semi-auto clutch on a hotrod.
For the trail I would definitely want a manual. For the street I think either would be good. The one thing about the semi-auto is downshifting. You can't just pull in the clutch lever and shift all the way to first, or neutral. You have to downshift in time with your speed...or just slow to a stop, then shift all the way to neutral...etc. But on the street, the auto clutch allows you to drink coffee while you ride :)

OK pulled the trigger. got a set polished cases 205XXX Ct 70 H , new clutch & primary , polished 4 spd cover (aft) , 1 pcs. side cover (also polished) Working on the seller to get rid of some of the cases 70/71 some polished some not . Will the ATC 70 trans. work with CT 70 H clutch ?

Yes, the ATC70 trans is very similar to the H trans and it will work with the H clutch...XL70, CL70, SL70, tbparts manual clutches all work too. You need the correct manual clutch side cover and manual shift shaft, and the kick shaft will need the pinion gear from a 3 speed to mesh properly with the ATC70 trans.

Which flywheel did you get?? Mitsubishi or Hitachi? Did you get the matching stator plate?

WOW! Those look great farm dog.

I want to do a polished engine some day. I think it would be cool to put one in a CT70 with a ton of patina. Everything rusty and ugly but with a polished hotrod engine and exhaust. I have a good candidate in faded Candy Gold/rust, accented by Cloud Silver/rust wheels and oxidized hubs. Maybe recover the seat with my old leather coat and a few zip screws.

Oh ya....so many projects, so little time.

Beautiful work so far farm dog.

Did you use the ignition switch and bracket from a z50k1? Any issues mounting it up?

Yes Bracket is from K1 , switch & wire harness CT K 3 . Want the option of turn signals / brake switch . No real issues , cut & solder some of the wires , rewrap harness . Fork ears are hardtail seat mounts (pan was trash) .
