Looks to me like the biggest detriment is the location and his unwillingness/inability to crate & ship. That's a relatively distant locale, for most of the US population, limiting the market for these two. Unless these are pulled at the last minute, can't fault the seller, since he's been clear with his terms and stands ready to accept the high bid...whatever it turns out to be.

For the right person, these could be a nice score.
