This is the missing link that the Honda Trail 70 evolved to the current Honda Ruckus.

Just a word about a Honda Ruckus . Unless you weigh 110 lbs. the suspension is horrible - Crummy drum brakes - fuel sender is always broke - 35 mph down hill . . A Yamaha Zuma ( 2 stroke ) is twice the scooter .

I'd consider the Motra more of an evolutionary dead end, along the lines of the ST90 but with more Fatcat DNA, than CT70. The planned successor to the CT70 was the CY70, a.k.a. "Naughty Dax". Neither made it to the US market. The CY was marketed in the EU, at least, while the Motra was strictly JDM. Japan got a lot of quirky models no one else saw...until they became gray-market imports.
