Nice Lift. I bet my 1100 would fit on there. What is the weight capacity? 600 lbs or so?

Yea when I was ordering parts like they were going out of style, I always forgot something as well. I have enough receipts to make a Novel.

1000. I'll put the Connie on there some day when the work's completed. But then again I have my eye on a couple mini Z's...:25:

Yeah I could buy another bike if I saved on shipping charges. :13:

...Paint looks kind of gold colored...

Yeah it does until it hits direct sunlight. I'll get some sunny pics when possible. Yeah even here in sunny Arizona we have had cloud covering and rain for the last 10 days or so.

***Update***

Well I know some of you have asked about this project and subsequent engine. The engine was delivered 12/8 to "T". I phone a couple weeks later to see how its going and lo & behold guessing from his response it wasn't even started. I allow plenty of time between contacting him and then he tells me I'll have it 1/1. That was three weeks ago. Flash forward to yesterday and he now has it tested and ready for shipping. 1/21. He was informing me winter is real busy for them (no kidding?) as I'm thinking "I wish you would have told me this *before* now." Anyway busy or not well into seven weeks for a small engine rebuild is unacceptable. But that's me. And yes I have my fingers crossed it doesn't snow there so I don't get the "snowplow" excuses again hence why engine hasn't been shipped.

I've decided my rebuilds will definitely go to Enzo from now on. May be a little more money however hopefully far less aggravation.

Currently sourcing actual K1 type handlebars for the H.

Heck Harry after all the stuff I learned rebuilding my H engine, I would have had that baby rebuilt 5 weeks ago! :hi:LOL

Heh Heh *now* you tell me!!! :D:77:

Good point. Anyway I've seriously been thinking I need to do more of my own work. Starting with rebuilding the engines. Didja take pics, pass on info and shtuff during the motor operation?

Hi Harry,

Do you have a source for K1 handlebars?

Thanks,

George

No, unfortunately, didn't mean to confuse. I should have stated: shopping for K1 bars.

You do nice work, Harry. I think you need a few more Honda minis, . . . I can still see empty floor space in your photos. <HA>

The bikes looking good, That color looks good with black, Did you replace the seat foam and where did you get the seat cover. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do for a seat by the time you rebuild one you can buy one done.

Thank you. That seat actually belongs to my K1. I have seat foam ready for this bike however I'm waiting on the rebuilt seat pan. Yes you are correct, if you don't have a good pan from the git-go, it can and does become expensive. I bid my seat covers on eBay from a guy in Canada. He has most years/styles. I haven't paid over $40 for them yet. Just do a wait and see and they'll usually start bid around $39.

Looks really good Harry! As for seat covers, I've used one from siriusconinc (Sirius Consolidated) up in Ontario. It was a few years ago but I was more than happy with their quality. Seems like Canadia is good for them seat covers!

I probably should have waited,I've bought them before from him for $40, had to pay $59+ shipping today, nice cover though.By the way, I ended up with that KO seat pan from Darthvader and am not using it now so if anyone is looking PM me, Don

Worked all of today. Damn time flies when yer having fun! :21:

Anyway its pretty much complete now. Have a few thing to update/change. Need a few new bolts here and there. Still have a mismatch on cables - that is black and gray. Axles evidently come in all kinds of sizes. Only the old ones I had laying around will reach and work correctly. I trashed the ones I removed from this bike. I also have have newer type pegs I'll mount on this bike.

Bike started after just a few kicks. Its rebuilt carburetor worked real well. Replaced the severely leaking seal on the kick starter. Trashed the "free" magneto cover builder threw in. Looked as though someone had a party with it using a pony bar when I unpacked the motor. Didn't want nor need it anyway.

Good to see Terry finally came through. I swear that bike looks gold. Still looks good. Powder coated the skid plate and exhaust huh? That's different.

Seat is still the one I borrowed from the K1. I have everything here to build one just like this one. Even have the chrome trim needed for them. Sourced a set of real nice actual K1 bars for it.

Thanks Don! BTW, weren't you looking for/asking about stronger front end K1 springs? I have the ones from the Doc in this bike and they seem to be nice & taught.

Nice job Harry!! :hi:Another beauty for your awesome collection of CT's. That color is growing on me, wouldn't mind having a K1 in Yellow or Ruby Red! :p
