You'll also have to remove the round cam cover & roller from the cylinder tunnel.
I'd recommend replacing the plastic idler sprocket, rubber roller and rubber tip on the tensioner piston at the same time, cheap insurance. While you're inside the motor, inspect the oil pump drive sprocket and cam sprocket. If the chain is worn out, those sprockets may be, also. Lastly, if the oil pump drive sprocket is worn, check the oil pump for binding; that's normally what causes sprocket to wear out in the first place.
